3. Service Agreements and Contracts

3.2 Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when:

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

export/import restrictions.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination for Convenience
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice.

Either party may terminate immediately for:

- Insolvency or bankruptcy
- Violation of environmental regulations

12.3 Effects of Termination
